Returns & Exchanges

Returns

If you're unsatisfied with the product or it doesn't fit as expected, you may initiate a return. Please note the following conditions:

  • A nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged per product to cover processing, handling, packaging, and logistics.
  • Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Kindly include your order number with the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please inform us immediately. Here's what you need to do:

  • Return the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number.
  • Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.

Exchange Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are allowed, with transportation fees to be borne by the customer.
  • To request an exchange, please send an email to us at luiselookcare@gmail.com with your exchange request.
  • You are responsible for returning the product to us. Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier.
  • The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Include your name, address, and email on the parcel along with the desired size for the exchange.
  • Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at luiselookcare@gmail.com.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

  • If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

Partial Order Exchange

  • Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

Fit Issues

  • For size-related issues, please request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

  • Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for dissatisfaction with material or color.
  • Products must not be washed or worn for exchanges/returns.
  • Items from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
